Mr Vaults was first founded back in 2006 and we are proud to still be a thriving, established business over 16 years later. We have one of the best reputations in the area for our funeral services and have worked hard to establish great relationships with companies and individuals in the area and beyond. Our team are the heart of our business and works on every job with the highest compassion, morals and values. We understand how important this time is for families and keep this in mind as we go into each job, ensuring we conduct ourselves as if we were organising a member of our own family’s funeral with every care and respect maintained.

Our exceptional service goes back to our start when our founder Marvin Ramsey Sr first created the business. He wanted to ensure that superior burial services were conducted to bring comfort and peace to grieving families at this difficult, sad time. The top-quality team he hired were all trained to ensure they worked hard with wisdom and values at the heart of their work. They were trained to follow five principles which were to do their best, ensure work is picture-perfect, not cut corners, be kind and helpful and ensure the service is memorable. This is still followed to this day with every service we provide. Our team has now grown substantially and is now experienced in arranging hundreds of services.
We now continue this work with the original values in mind as we strive to surpass customers’ expectations as we work in the Augusta area and beyond. Our customers have given us exceptional reviews and our business has grown through word of mouth. We are now a staple feature in the funeral industry and are proud to work with funeral homes around the area. The services we now offer have grown over the years with our team now offering everything from setting up services at the graveside including organising tents and chairs to the servicing of grave covers and burial vaults, we are here to help fulfil customer’s needs.
